A small update just to show this project is still alive and kicking though pretty slowly

Hopefully plenty more updates in the next few weeks, just a few little things holding us back at the moment.

Well it looks like the Tigra will be moving to a new home shortly so today we got it back on its wheels and gave the garage a good tidy up.

The 288 brakes are a tight fit behind the original 15's

Plenty work still to be done here

Bodywork needs a lot of attention but its not a priority at the moment

Hi guys, wanted front V6 manifold. Had bought one from a guy on here who has not delivered the goods after having my money for over two month! Don't trust everyone guys, not everyone is honest... honest. This type of **** really pisses me off!

More progress to come, have just got the car moved to my new place with pride of place in front of the house and driving the wife mad! ha ha

Once I've got the front manifold i can cut the down pipe up get that aliened and stick the engine in. Not much longer and we can hear her running... i hope!

He wants a BMW Z3 and dont ask why i've told him there Sh1te.

Was still plenty work to do though the strengthening plates did eventually get welded on and no doubt still loads of money would have to be thrown at it to complete it. Did i also mention that he just cant arsed to work on it.

What a real BIG shame. I would love to have the balls to try such a project.... maybe if I win the lottery.

Mmmmm those front brakes...... Would they bolt straight onto my Tigra?.

The brakes are V6 288mm and fitted straight on though they are a seriously tight fit and i think if your wheels had the sticky balance weights on the inside they would probably catch.

Yeah they often make the pedal feel crap, your better going for the 284mm off a Turbo or the 256mm off a 16v.

Yeah, project is a gona. all parts now for sale. Fangers didn't tell the whole story... new house, new job, new business ect ect.
All the usual bull sh1t excuses that are made when people scrap these type of projects. But I would like to take the chance to thank Fangers for all his hard work and helping me with the project and to be honest doing the vast majority of the work.
I'm being totally honest when i say I'm gutted to have to stop the project, but what can you do. Thanks to anyone that followed us.
