Corsa gsi turbo 4x4

I thougt it would be fun to present my project here.
I´m building a 4wd Corsa gsi -94 with a c20let and calibra t drivetrain.
Telling the short story couse i´m not that good in english.
So this was my very first car, bought it when I was 16 (19 now) and the plan was to rebuild it and put in a c20xe, but I changed my mind, I want 4wd lmao

big drawback on all the rwd/4x4 nova/corsa conversion I've seen tho is the very narrow foot room for the peddles.

Cool little project with some nice fab work.
G,box/txb mount looks a bit suspect....i'd be happier using 1/4" plate for something designed like that.
Tie rods touching the box happens with the f28, just lower the tie bar at the front and/or drop it to the underside of the TCA with spacers.

Your going to alot of effort to use the vaux running gear, did you do yor research on it before you started?

The gearbox mount is made out of 5mm steel, shold be strong enough.
I will use the hydraulic system and a upgraded transferbox for up to 400Nm to the rear axel, should be fun

tonight I´we finished the rear inner arch and shockmounts.
I´ll use 3-way adjustable proflex coilovers.

Ah yes, we know that Calibra. I'll have to start saving my money for a Qrew transfer box.
