If you dont mind me asking what size the rosejoints are in the front suspension? Was hoping to do something similiar with my nova but unsure as to what size to get.

eta- i've seen the finished product now and it's very impressive, one of the best car builds i've seen, especially as it's been built at home, by yourself. only thing is, i cant help but think it might look a bit more 'motorsport' without the red bits!

Long time since last update now, to much other stufs to do
But finally I put a little effort to it, there is a little car meet and burnout show in a neibour city next weekend

New master cylinders with external reservoars

Finally a nice working handbreak, didn´t work that great earlier but I took the cylinder apart and found a little bit of coppar from the pipe inside stuck on a gasket. Removed it and cleaned everything up and it´s better then new

They are M16, if i build new controlarms i will use M20 instead.
Ypu can newer build something to strong if you´re not hunting grams

From a volvo 740 turbo (b230ET), 4-speed M45 gearbox from volvo 240 and ascona/manta A rear axle

Hi again.
Had an little incident last week when Emil (engineer of VEMS) was mapping the car to 250kpa of boost, blow of the original cylinder head gasket But damn the engine liked that kind of pressure.



Skimmed the head and put in a new z20let gasked and ARP studs.
Took it for a 35km ride to the superstage, a lot of superstage and 35 km home as a testride, great succes.
and some fun driving as usual with this car
