    Right here goes.

Sorted things out with Jay, he has been great over the last few days. He is currently sourcing a shell and buying a new weld in cage and seat rails to fit into it.

The old shell has now been sold and is been collected tomorrow from my house and the money for the shell and bits is going to Jay to help cover the cost of the new shell and parts.

Result. Nice to see someone being responsible for their actions if it meant you were unhappy with the car!

Re: Track day corsa turbo build

    This arrived today:

So i fitted it to the engine:

    And these have turned up:

New cage will probably get a Harry Hockly cage as they keep them on the shelf so it will cut out a bit of waiting. Spoken to Jay and he will not have time to do it anyway till the end of the month due to other work he has in. He is just trying to source a shell.

Did think of them the first time around but iirc there cages dont come with profiled ends so thats just hassle.

Hockly and Custom cages ones come all profiled and ready to fit.

Cheers lee will drop him a pm.

Re: Track day corsa turbo build

rick you may need to trim off the edge of the main linkage piece as it may touch the rear mount if not, its an easy job but alot easier to do now than keep taking the linkage on and off when its in place. you could wait till its all in and check but id personally just trim it anyway it wont hurt
