Corsa Gsi 2.0 Track/Road Car...

Ok here we go.....

I've had many Corsa's ( Ls, Merit and Gsi) but wanted a Redtop version. After looking for months and months, i set my heart on a Carabic Blue Gsi.
Found one in Hampshire for 1400 sold by Tom to moi'.....
So.....why have i bought a redtop and all the bits already fitted....well at the mo its my daily use and needed a car. And my plans are as follows....

1. Full clean on outside. Get all the tar and crap off the paint. Clay Bar bodywork. Improve on scratches and a long lasting wax applied.
2. Full valet inside.
3. White Dial kit with bulbs replaced with blue ones.
4. Pin Dents removed from rear quarters etc...
5. Get hold of some Astra Gsi Fanblade Alloys and get refurbed in Black.
6. Heat wrap Manifold exhaust.
7. Fit new Performance Manifold / Cat Convert / Race Tube and Backbox.
8. Hammerite Black all wheel arches and underneath car.
9. Inside - Buckets / Cage / Race Harnesses / Strut Braces. Cage in Carabic Blue.
10. Volt + Oil Pressure Guages into dash.
11. Adjust Headlights and fit new Ice Blue Bulbs. Clean and fit new Bulbs in Foglights.
12. Powdercoat Rocker Cover - White. Spark Cover - Carabic Blue.
13. Rebuild engine - Pistons / Rods / Bolts / Race Cams / Gaskets etc.......
14. Fit new Ram Air Filter. As we all know the ' Cone' is pants!! LOL
15. Rub down inside and paint White.

I will try get photos as i go along. Its going to be a project over some years. But.....at the mo with the ' credit crunch ', im not earning as much as i was. But some things just take time and weather permitting.
