Me and my brother have recently started our project of converting a 1994 Corsa 1.4 sri into a tarmac rally car, our aim is to get it ready for the Anglesey Valentine night rally. We are hopefully going to compete in our local autotest club and a few tarmac rallies.
We have stripped the interior out and started to sand down the inside ready for some welding and putting the cage in. To put the cage in we've had to pull the sunroof out. Could we just put perspex in the hole or should we weld a sheet of thin steel?
