| Re: vectra turbo rebuild again when i had it on the rollers and it made its power 18moths ago it had 30%piston blow by and i beleved it was bored to big as it allways rattled so decided to build a new engine
the new spec is
ported and polished head
1mm oversized valves with wasted stems
double valve springs
solid lifters
custom spec cams
87mm wossners
steel rods
glyco bearings
piston sprays
zlet oil pump
early xe crank balanced with clutch and flywheel
billet fly wheel
helix paddle clutch
i also fitted a new steering rack,f28 with new slave and fitted my diff have a few more pics that are on my missus camera these are from my iphone |

| Re: vectra turbo rebuild again thats just a cap to stop oil coming out when theres no shaft in the box or in this case to stop any **** getting in,i have loads of them and use them all the time very handy |
