I hated my angel eyes so had a scour on ebay and managed to get a brand new set of standard GSi ones for not much over 50 quid delivered

    Before.

    After

And yes, I know the grille is orange. Its getting sorted as soon as I get time to take it back down to the powder coaters

    Re: Project Stealth

I got a new job working up in gosforth so about 50 mile a day and I wasnt prepared to put the mileage onto that so I bought a new shape S40 T5 instead. Its still sat in the garage under a big sheet, I cant quite bring myself to break it yet . I had it running for the first time since the 3rd of feb yesterday and took it for a cheeky lap round the block and its still the same laugh it was so who knows whats gonna happen. The plan is to strip it still when I get time but if I come across some spare cash who knows. It might just stay :P

you know that you really dont want to get rid of it when it's still sitting there, lol
50 miles a day for work, thats dedication! i grudged traveling an hour a day for work before i wanted to be a stay at home dad and let the wife work!

    Re: Project Stealth

I give up!!! Almost 6 years of hard work is coming to an end. Ive eventually got bored of having the car in the garage and being in the way so Ive decided to break it. I started tonight and got a bit done before I got hungry and gave up. The interior would all be out if I hadnt lost my t40 so couldnt get the front seat out. The back axel, handbrake cables, boost pipes, engine loom, ecu, exhaust, side skirts, intercooler, lights and probably some other stuff are all out. There will be a for sale thread popping up once I can be arsed to write one and thers a few more bits off
