my new astra gte [ deangte's old one]

hreg gte mark 2 gte
153bhp as standard,
mot dec ,tax jan,4 branch manifold
standard centre box
4" rolled stainess steal back box ,superchipped ecu with raised rev limit
enlarged throttle body ,mesh removed from afm
enlarged induction pipe with massive air filter
cold air pipe through drivers fog light
i was told by the last owner it had uprated pistons???
lowered 40mm ,15" white alloys, which have been resprayed
tinted rear windows
powersteering ,electric windows
central locking ,electric mirrors
2.0 16v redtop ,digi-dash
mk3 astra gsi front seats
rainbow rear seats which spilt
mdf parcel self
uprated front tweeters ,6x9s
starts first time ,no smoke or rattles
very fast and good on petrol!!!
mk3 gsi front seats worn drivers bolster as per all seats
mdf rear shelf with infinity 6x9s
legacy 800w amp
15" white wolfrace alloys could do with refurb
14" original white GTE alloy with brand new firestone tyre in boot
d/s front fog missing
lowered 40mm
front strut brace
needs new steering rack (included) and belt (couple quid)fitting
handles great for a GTE!
has had new rear and f/r engine mounts

engine:
early 20XE engine
approx 93 k (cannot prove)
wiseco pistons (according to prev owner)
ecotek inlet pipe mod makes car slightly lumpy at idle but gives more power at high revs
sfi box an donut included if you want change back
chipped ecu ( not confirmed but looks as though its been opened)
new OE spec Bosch HT leads
afm replaced
still running great and pulls like a train
very quick!

cheers deangte runs like a dream and you right its bloody fast lol

plans are redo wheels black
mibby couler code bump strips or take them off unsure as of yet
underseal it and get all niggely bits done

First thing you need to do is change the air filter, as the end filtering bit is missing so its just sucking in unfilterd air.

And when you under seal it, you want the surface to be bone dry. So you dont seal any moisture in.

cheers its stored in dry garage just now as soon as i can get axel stands she going up in air
so i can get under neath it to dry it and get rideb of all **** under neath it

leave the wheels white,also won`t the amp get too hot being upside down as heat rises so the heat will just be getting the amp circuit boards hot.

not got a clue thats why it might be getting sold

found bit that needs welded be quted 20 to get it done so not 2 bad

might try swap wheels for sume other kind

just leave it as it is,just give it a good clean and enjoy it,it looks fine don`t go changing them.

shame that such a nice car had those wheels and that exhaust fitted to it, are the rear seats mk2 or are they mk3 to match the fronts? other then that its a great looking wee car
