here is my kadett as i bought her, now totally stripped as i am building her to different spec as i want to get her log booked.
Engine C20XE 2.0 'redtop' engine Yamaha R1 carbs on custom Bogg Brother manifold.
Jetted and set up by Bogg Brothers.
Peter Lloyd Rallying exhaust manifold
Manta dizzy system
Hipo exhaust system from downpipe back
R1 fuel pump
Manta 5spd Getrag gearbox and shortened Manta prop (changed for type 9 quaife box)
group 4 alloy radiator
Astra oil cooler with fancy braided lines
Made 160bhp at the wheels (Considering it weighs around 800kgs... that's very fun haha) Axle Manta B axle WITH LSD. Diff is very very very good, drives great and locks up whenever you need it to.
Suspension Spax adjustable shocks 500lbs front springs 300lbs rear springs Brakes

thought i'd give the kadett a quick month or two overhaul to have her just the way i want.
stripped interior out a few weeks ago and slaving away every chance i get.
seat mounts welded in
cage mounts welded in
battery box moved in to car
fire eater mounts in
fire wall made and trial fitted
iniside boot and inside car down to bare steel
also been playing about with different wheels, not sure what to do, rather to arch her or keep her straight sided, tempted just to keep to 13" revos with beefy tyres

mini is a 1975 mini with 1275 metro engine fitted with a bmw mini supercharger, 120bhp at wheels compared with standard 62bhp
full zeemax kit and superlite alloys, just finished her after a year build

1800 manta dizzy setup made to fit, quite common and cheaper than management, prob cost £100 to do this option
