Vectra Supertouring Dilema.....help!!!!!!

Hi guys
I've recently acquired a supertouring thats been my dads from new. However, its not in great condition and really want to restore it. First an engine rebuild(its done 100,000 miles you see) and maybe throttle body mods, then a complete makeover to make her like new. Any advice on who to use for the engine rebuild and such.
Any comments will help
Many thanks

does it need a rebuild? 100k is nowt for the v6!....Consider leaving it standard as there quite rare.....

cheers guys, its the 2.0l version. I would post some pics but its a right state at the mo. Bit embarassing. Thought about leaving it standard, but just be happy with a bit more power. I'm bored after having a scooby for so long, although I did get rid of that due to it costing me about a ton a week in fuel!!!!!!
The st has been in the family since new and I love it so wanna restore it. Many thanks for the comments. When its done I'll gladly post some pics!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep the advice coming eg.....recommendations etc

I personally think that 100k is nothing for that engine, if there is a problem with it then fix the problems and concentrate on any visual/body refurbishments rathere than instantly rebuilding a motor thats hardly run in yet.

Righto tom, cheers mate. Probably just over eager to do it properly. Think you are right tho. Its got the general idle problems that vectras always have and I think the cat is on its way out so get those done then do body work. Cheers for the advice T
