I envy you for getting a clean shell though, not easy to come by around here, though I wouldnt pay over £200 tbh !! | it is a nortech manifold i was planning on using a 200sx manifold hence me buying the flanges, they will now be sold, the manifold is at nortech being replaced with a new style specifically for a nova the above manifold came off a corsa and may have caused some issues with space.
i paid alot more than 200 i can assure you but it is money well spent in my eyes, i will not have to worry about the shell rotting for years and if looked after will last the next 10years |

| Re: 12k mile mk 1 nova C20let Project!! Tbh on a shell like that with no rot, if dry stored & ventilated (minimal damp) & not used too often in the wet & washed considerately, I'd go as far to say it wont rot.

| Re: 12k mile mk 1 nova C20let Project!! there's been a few low mileage mk2 astra merits posted up before and I was almost lynched for saying they'd make good bases for track cars or LET conversions. personally I can't see the point in preserving base model versions even if they've got mega low mileage. looks a great base for what your doing without the hassle of fixing rot before you start |

Thats the only reason that'd stop me, nothing to do with being sentimental over a base model.
Mind you, someone I know is about to convert a mint Champ into a track car, now thats sacralidge |
