Re: redtop engine

As above and do a search in Mechanical for some pointers fella. Post some pics up of your project when you get underway. And welcome to MIG.

Re: redtop engine

do what i did pal buy a shiity calibra ie mot failure but make sure the engine runs fine then just remove the engine, gearbox and loom all in 1 put it to 1 side then sell anything off the calibra that can be unbolted when with the funds check out ebay look for a cheap corsa like i did @£155 and drop redtop into it

you will need the front engine mount off ebay i got mine from lmf (ebay) for £40 and g/box spacerkit of rally man (migweb member) £26 and a powercap or ecotec induction pipework kit £90

then thats it all done then you just have to follow instructions tofit it up proberly

what cars have redtop engines in as standard and would any fit in the corsa or is different ones better?

really looking forward to getting stuck in, might just use my corsa 1.2 sxi to put it into instead of buying another corsa.
