My Opel Calibra 2.0 TDI by TTC

Hi,

My name is Peter, and I'm from Poland. I want to present my car - Opel Calibra. This model from 1995 year. I bought Cali in 2005 year. It was normal cali with x20xev engine, but I started modification early.

First I changed wheels. I bought 17 inches rims and Falken Fk-451 Tires 215/45/r17.

Than I made a chip in TTC.

Time to suspension. I found good option for me. Irmscher springs -30mm + Bilstein shocks.

Before the winter I found brakes from Cali Turbo -Zimmermann sport 284mm discs

So, I've got good base to strongest engine...

...time to xer.

I searched half year headcam from Astra Opc I. Than I made new chip in TTC with revlimiter on 7600 rpm. Unfortunately I haven't got diagram after that modofication. My friend at similar setup had 168 HP.

Xer wasn't bad, but I wanted something more. So we decided with TTC from Kraków, to put new engine to Cali...

So we bought new engine 2.0 TDI from Audi A3 (2006 year), and started swap

New tacho from Leon.

New turbo, and custom exaust - 2.75 inch.

Big IC

New Badge

First ride - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pxz6v5QOizI

And new Calibra design :P

Now Cali drive well, but we have 2 little problems. But soon we want to make program and see how Cali ride We want make 240HP+. Time will see, how many HP we made from that engine.

Sorry for my bad english.

Greetings 4 All!

Interesting conversion. Any issues with that manifold not having equal length headers?

For this moment is about 150 HP. I have to find a solution of 2 problems, and than we could fit it completely.

That's a quality project there. Are you going to run it on biodiesel?
