| Re: South African Corsa Turbo 450hp target The turbo is a custom spec T3/T4, T4 'O' trim turbine wheel in a 0.63AR T3 exhaust housing, with a Volvo Compressor wheel (56mm inducer/82mm exducer) 48 trim, in a T04E A/R 50 housing, and all the rest 360 thrust etc. Plan is to boost around 1.8 bar (26 Psi) when all tuned up. |

Other than that i'm happy | For my first ever manifold build i am quite happy, I also didn't have alot of space to play with as i moved the engine more to the front of the engine bay. |

| Re: South African Corsa Turbo 450hp target I think you need a bit more silicone (less alloy) in the boost pipework because the engine will rock under load! |

| Re: South African Corsa Turbo 450hp target Car has bilstein thick shaft racing shocks up front with 2L brakes, Koni adjustables at the rear, Engine was moved forward to increase traction, only been moved forward by 3cm so shouldn't affect handling that much, The chassis has been seem welded, aluminium roll cage going in, Quaife diff, equal length shafts, Will be running in and mapping at the same time, well a friend will be driving and i will be mapping, after a few hundred km i can put it on a dyno and fine tune. |

Here's a vid of another corsa i Helped build for a friend. Its an XE engine with M3 itb's http://s11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...t=Corsa16v.flv |

| Re: South African Corsa Turbo 450hp target Nice one Pantera. Seems to be going well for the local okes - Chris and Debs have probably by now got their mint Superbosses and this project. Who built the turbo, I'm looking to upgrade the Focus ST225 I have and that spec would do the job @ 350 or so bhp with a custom mani. |
