Corsa 1.0

Next year: new alloys and suspension kit

New rear lights for xmas not sure which ones yet and gsi spoiler at some point, my cousins got a longlife exhaust for me not sure which one as soon as i find out i'll post or get pics

Angel eye headlights for xmas with road legal blue bulbs and debadged grill

Currently the JBL GTO937 "chav by 9's" pioneer sub and kenwood amp (had the sub and amp cheap but it all sounds nice )

The sub and amp, needs a bit of tidying up

Seat covers...very comfy fair play!!

LED gear knob (batteries run out) and my mates box of fosters for next weekend

The speedo with blue lights (looks better in the night) and yep only 31k on the clock!!

Rear seats (needs sorting out) again very comfy

Alpine SXE-1325s door speakers

And finally: the monkey mascot doing his man pose!!!

K&N air filter on it, not bothering wasting my money on engine mods for a 1.0 save my money up for an astra 1.8 SRI in a few years

IMHO lexus rear lights have been done to death but as i keep saying, its ur choice mate! you do what you think looks good!
should be a good little project when you have the fundage!

Re: Corsa 1.0

I've seen the lexus lights on a silver and black corsa....silver looked disgraceful but black looked nice so im not so sure on the blue ones

may just go for some smoked ones if i find a nice set

Re: Corsa 1.0

I would go smoked if anything at all mate. Also get some back to black on those arches and bumpers! I've got one too but in arden (i think) blue with ****ty bumpers, 10 mins of work with back to black and it makes the car look so much nicer.

When i got it i said i wouldnt do anything since its just a cheap run around....so far its got leather seats from a cally (front and back) and bidding on a gsi spoiler and badgless grill oh and have some cesaro alloys going on it once they are refurbed.

Also the rear suspension is on its way out so will probs end up being lowered

Re: Corsa 1.0

personally i just dont like lexus lights mate!they can look good on a car thats had proper time n money spent on it, but all the chavs seem to fit lexus lights an they've just lost their appeal...you could always go proper old skool, get some clear rears and tint them blue...only lightly mind, too dark an it'd look **** lol.
yeah defo agree with b2b on the bumpers, or if your feeling really brave, spray em up to match with some rattle cans. if you do em indoors an take your time with them they should come up ok....

Re: Corsa 1.0

its just silicone really as far as i know. Buy it in halfrauds and most other places really only a couple of quid. Get the gel though rather than the rattle can as it will last longer and you dont end up getting it all over your paint. It don't last long though but makes one hell of a difference! i think the stuff i got is turtle wax black in a flash gel

Apparently a heat gun works even better just be careful you dont end up melting the bumper!

Yeah some mods have to be the seats had to since the old ones were stinking and the leather is comfy, suspension is on its way out so may aswell upgrade while re-placing it and already got the alloys so why not!

Re: Corsa 1.0

heat gun and silicone spray brings up corsa bumpers ( and any other coloured plastic bumper) a treat, as ian says tho, just be careful to not melt the bumper.

Re: Corsa 1.0

I think i'll just go for smoked ones tbh

found a good vauxhall alloy site http://www.alloywheels.com/fitment.asp?psearch=Vauxhall

got some really nice ones on there

Rightio i'll try and get a heat gun, im sure my old mans got one lying round in the shed...anyone got a link to the stuff cant find it on halfords site

haha fair enough why not, i might just go with corsadean's advice and get the £125 jamex set next year unless my cousin can get a good set (he's reliable for anything to do with cars )

Re: Corsa 1.0

tbh mate id say the blue led washer jets are far too chavvy! and id leave the mudflaps too, everythin else you wanna do is smooth and subtle, mudflaps are a bit too rally style mate, if you start combinin too many different styles it will just look ****! if i were you id stick with the subtle approach, trust me, im proper gutted mine has stupid chav skirts an rear bumper i cant afford to replace right now!
