| Re: First Corsa Track Car Got throttle bodies back last week, new custom fuel rail and vacuum block, so built it up ready to fit to head next weekend.
Still not sure what to use for air intake, ram pipes or a custum air box. What do you think?
Hope you like |

| Re: First Corsa Track Car Well i went for ram pipes on the inlet of throttle bodies look okay, changed the inlet fuel line to AN-8 only because i had a spare piece. The throttle bodies measure from head to end of ram pipe 290mm don't think thats much more than a standard inlet.
I am trying to get hold of the machine shop who has got my head so i can complete the engine rebuild.
Got a few more bits back from powder coating it coming together slowly.
I also stripped dash, I am of to a alloy fabrication shop in Cambridge tomorrow to get dash converted for new gauge's, fuse box, switch's etc. |

| Re: First Corsa Track Car Hi people, progress has been slow over the Christmas Holiday dew to lack of funds and eating and drinking to much. But i have done some work on the shell
1. removed bulkhead and repaired where removed it
2. cut out top of strut tops for concentric tops
3. removed spare wheel and boot area, as i am having a removable alloy floor with all fuel system on it, so i can remove it to work on.
4. stripped rocker box cover to have a custom breather designed and made.
And thats it two weeks off and one days work. |
