| Re: First Corsa Track Car Well got throttle bodies back yesterday after machine shop spaced them out, they look really good. Had the standard throttle sensor fitted looks like it a factroy fit. Just need a custom fuel rail making and a vacum block. What air filter would be best to use on these, or should i use no air filter and fit ram pipes?
Sorted out what goodridge hose fitting i had today, just need a few small bits for project.
Started on breather system, does anyone know if you take a outlet of the block anywhere as on my cosworth has a block breather also. |

| Re: First Corsa Track Car hi everyone done a few bits today
1. Sorted out breather system on rocker cover
2. Built up single wiper set-up
3. Started to build-up rear beam brake lines but -4 fitting are for fuel/vacuum line not brake so ordered new fitting, but using -4 fuel/vacuum line fitting on vacuum set-up
4.Made some carbon fiber wing vents, going to have rocker cover breathering to a header tank, then header tank braathing to wings where indicators go.
5.Finished off lightening doors.
Things may be a bit slow for the next few weeks as i am moving comments needed |

| Re: First Corsa Track Car Must admit your attension to detail is great, the only thing that would worry me is the damage it might inccur whilst out there on such a painstakingly intensive rebuild could all be a lot of work for nothing, or do you intend on just keeping it mint and do the odd trackay...
Theony reason i mention this is my mate had a minty mint scooby RB5 when they were nearly new, and did the odd trackday in his concourse car and rolled it at cranner curves second time out uninsured and a loss of nearly 20k ouch... |

With this i will have approx 7k in it if what if happens its a new shell + 2k. The trouble with me is i like everything clean, so if i have a problem its so much easier to see and do. |
