| Re: my corsa sport (slug) so...
i changed the crappy fox 15's for a set of 16" BK521's, much better im sure you'll agree!
standard rear lights and side repeaters were binned in favour of some nice smoked ones...
standard sport back box was holier than christ himself so that was replaced by a 4" savage jobbie...
grey front bumper was sprayed (badly) black for now... it'll be replaced with a gsi one soon enough so not bothered for now...
obviously the ice had to be sorted so chucked in some alpines in fronts, jvc chav by 9s' in shelf and an active sub...
have a 40mm jamex kit going on tomo...
and also have a set of combat wide arches to go on, dont fancy the combat kit so am thinking of blending the arches into standard gsi front and really not too sure about the rear...
im thinking i want the car smooth, wide and low, kinda euro but with my own twist... let me know what u guys think, and il be postin new pics up tomo when its been dropped on its new shocks. |

| Re: my corsa sport (slug) the kit is goin mate believe me! to chav for me, i like the arches from the kit and once i figure out exactly what im doin bumper wise they will be goin on, but the rear is getting binned, or if i get brave i may well use it as a base for a custom one... not too sure yet!
if you have any ideas for smooth clean bumpers and skirts let me know |

| Re: my corsa sport (slug) anyone have any tips for me re fibregalssing a bumper?
gonna take the combat rear off and chop it about a bit, but never fibreglassed before so any advice is appreciated!
oh, and reset the ecu yesterday, amazing what a difference it can make!
next to do is the rocker cover gasket, gonna replace that over the weekend hopefully, then thinking new plugs and leads...any recommendations? |

| Re: my corsa sport (slug) new shocks and springs are on...took some doin to get the old ones off, as one or two bolts were rusted on,had to chop one of the front shocks in half to get it off!
looks much better i think, didnt want to go too low due to speedbumps etc but think the 40mm drop looks just right. i took the pics as soon as i got it home, so it still hasnt settled yet.
gotta sort the tracking tommorow an then we'll see just how much of a difference its made to the handling with the ET40 wheels....but then i dont think it can of got any worse!! |
