£200 for a w reg corsa b shell in ardent blue! Got to buy that really. Even got a XE exhaust system with it.

Its a bare rolling shell with a half dash, full loom, and xe mounts. I am going to make a nice spec track car. I intend to order a cage within the next few weeks. Probably after then nova has been finished though so as not to side track myself.

Will be taking its place Dave with time.

I have looked at what other people have built and are using and having huge fun with, DaveB, LeeH, OllyH, RichM, Chris Sutton and i have decided i want a bit of that action. Something i can use and abuse and not really be that arsed about and not cost a lot if it blows up.

Re: Corsa turbo build

Photobuckets now working for me so here we go.

Dropped some wheels off last night so i could get it collected by my ebay collection service, £120 for a trip that takes 2 hours in a car bargin.

Garage this morning, needed to make some space:

After lunch one corsa sport shell arrived:

As people can see its got a PAS rack, electric windows, electric mirrors and a few other bits.

Needs a bit of stuff but not a great deal, got to get a front bumper, polycarb windows, seats and a cage then its got 90% of the bits. I already have a equal length shaft setup to fit it. O and a engine and box are needed!

Came from just near Hull but it did come from wales the lad said. Its probably the same one as i was watching this one on ebay a while ago and it was listed as been in Chester and had speedlines on it.

Drop an evo 5 let and some gaz coilovers into the nova as a fun shiney quick road car for sunny afternoons!

in the meantime however, leave the nova engine where it is till its mapped and proven reliable,

This is how i look at it too. You'll get the best of both then.

Sounds like a good project, looks like a good shell to and a bargin.

bootlid sits slightly high at the top but with the hinges modified it sits perfect, they need a little bit of a tidy up with where the handle was other than that i cant fault his work, turnaround is a bit **** but its a part time business.
