hey mate, just gone through the whole project cos i'm going to do the same project. i need to ask:

where did you get your driveshafts from???

how big a job was converting the pedalbox for the master cylinder???

any info would be great!!

A mate of mine has got a Mini with a Vtech engine in it. He says he has to set off in 3rd as in 1st and 2nd it'll just spin up!

What sort of power are you looking for with this?

hello guys i was aiming for about 180bhp as guesstimate lol

i haven't forgotten about the old mini project but have got a corsa redtop to make my daily drive as I'm fed up of not driving atm but i will resume work on it soon it progressed a fair bit since i last updated but i wasn't to sure anyone was really interested as its not a pure vauxhall

lee the drive shafts i had done by a mate and he can make up any shafts for a very cheep price 30 for the pair cut sleeved welded and balanced if i remember correctly he works for a engineering firm near me .
and the pedal box was easy just took a while to get the position rite so it had a nice swoop and didn't interfere with anything else Ive got tucked up there

Minis are great cars and with a dash of vauxhall even better.
Show us the updates.
I was a little unsure of whether people would be interested in my Clubman build (see Astravan pickup thread) but the response was great.
Keep up the good work, it is all inspiration to keep us motivated.
