| Re: calibra convertible I saw one at Billing on Sunday. It was on the Vauxhall Convertible car club stand.
I did not have my camera with me but it looked quite well done.
I liked it.

| Re: calibra convertible the conversion is 10,000 euro's
was looking into it myself but i would have to have the 4x4 turbo ehich a gd 1 is 2-3k then the conversion at 7k just seems alot to spend on a car when u could buy an m3 convertible for that price |

| Re: calibra convertible 2 things that worry me, they werent designed as a convertible, so without the roof the chassis must flex in an alarming way making a bad handling car worse! Also, the windscreen would need strengthening otherwise have a crash and it'll be game over

| Re: calibra convertible they weld a bar behind the dash that goes left to right, they also strengthen the insides of the car allong the side seals n put a rear strut brace under the hood box
ad for the screen i dont think thats strengthend atall, n the only wat yiu would do that is to use a razor thin cutting blade n then weld some box section in there.
good point tho |
