Re: Advice on engine bay "tidy up"..

Omex 600. The bend is made on a regular exhaust bendin machine. surface area is the same, but the shape changes. i want an enlarged top hat which retains the std "TURBO" cover too if anyones got one up for grabs!

im not quite sure how to explain it. but am i right in saying the volume stays the same? i know its not ideal tho, only thing for it at the moment is the smooth airflow.

at this stage today tho, good news is all the valves are seated perfectly with the cams off. going for a check over and pressure test 2moro anyway tho.

will get the inlet manifold off and cleaned/painted next.

Re: Advice on engine bay "tidy up"..

the omex was all in place in the red one after the throttle body engine came out. the pink one i want to completley overhaul at some point anyway, back to concourse(ish). maybe this winter now. so to get the red one back on its feet i stuck the engine in here, and plan to make the most of the stand alone management oppertunity.
