Got my windows today!!!! absolute bastard remove the back ones but front were easy enough

SEATS IN WINDOWS OUT



FRONT WINDOW IN

Well ive got a company car so its gonna be my weekend car / few track days. Just a bit more fun than a white focus estate 1.6 diesel!!

lol true i want some perspex windows for my rears but i like the fronts being able to go up and down so let us know how you get on with the rears

once the back windows are out its easy. Just a case of drilling holes, riviting and silicone to keep the weather out. Ive just bought a windscreen removing tool to get the other side out. Ill see how well that works. Im going to leave the boot glass in until i get a fibreglass boot now.

ACW? Careful you don't do the screws too tight; a few of the screw holes in my rear windows have started to crack

yes acw. ye shame that i seen it in your pictures. I used nylock nuts and bolts instead of self tapers should be alrite

Aye; I pre-drilled the windows. The problem came because I actually did the screws up too tight, so the pressure from the head of the bolt cracked them I slackened them off a few days later, and thankfully the cracks have got no worse so they'll have to stay like that lol
I'd have rivetted them in had I had a rivet-gun
