| Re: corsa 2.0 track project once the back windows are out its easy. Just a case of drilling holes, riviting and silicone to keep the weather out. Ive just bought a windscreen removing tool to get the other side out. Ill see how well that works. Im going to leave the boot glass in until i get a fibreglass boot now.  |

| Re: corsa 2.0 track project ACW?  Careful you don't do the screws too tight; a few of the screw holes in my rear windows have started to crack

The problem came because I actually did the screws up too tight, so the pressure from the head of the bolt cracked them  I slackened them off a few days later, and thankfully the cracks have got no worse so they'll have to stay like that lol
I'd have rivetted them in had I had a rivet-gun  |
