The problem is that i dont want to visit the dyno again in the summer, because we have high temperatures and it's not right to map under theese situations.
I have to map it again because we replaced the 900cc Siemens injectors, with Bosch 1.600cc.At high boost the duty cycle reached the 97-98%.

Ok,I understand, thank's for you asking my questions.Good look with the clutch and the new injectors
You don't have any more pictures with the parts of your car or the building stages?Thank's
P.S:can you tell me how I can mount an oil catch tank?where I must conect the tank? I have also a Astra like yours but with 4 doors an the engine is a C16SE made turbo.Thank you very much for your help

Re: Astra Gsi Turbo 740ps

Mate how you calculate these 740hp and over 800nm torque ? This Dynapack dyno cant show you these values, its maximum is around 450hp or may be 500hp without torque peak. Btw how much boost you run on your car ?
Here in Bulgaria, my best friend have Astra LET with XXXhp, 0-300km/h GPS speed = 25sek, stand start and terminal speed on 1km = 270km/h, 1/4mile 12.5sek with terminal speed 210km/h and very bad 60ft they are 2.4sek, btw we run stock Motronic maped by me, and MasterPower T70 custom turbo. Bigger problem to our setup is the clutch, in the moment car is with twin disk Quartermaster SuperPRO rated at 900nm, seems it cant hold sometimes in 5-th and 6th gear, but sliping is lightly noticeable

I'll try to explain, you see my english are not very good...
The problem with the Dynapack is not the power, but the torque.
We have seen max power at Dynopach 1400ps from Evo and 120 kgm without problem, because it's 4wd.
So max power is not a problem.
The torque is an issue...
At the previous set up we saw 500ps and 65 kgm torque.
At this set up after 5.000 rpm at full boost 2,2 the dyno stoped.
So we tryied to make some tests with 5th and 6 gear with different results, trying to trick the dyno.
Before the dyno stoped to mesure we saw more than 80kgm of torque and imidiatelly stoped.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJkEywIOa0o

If you see the video you will notice that the dyno showed "WARNING Reduce torque immediately" before 5.000rpm when the turbo is still sleeping...at 511ps!
So you can make your calculations..

My car made 220km/h at 400m at 2,2ct and 20,6'' with 290km/h at 1000m.
I have also big problems with the clutch...
Before the clutch die i made a race with a K6 from 120km/h and i won!!!

You have a nice Astra you have.
