Another good days work, love seeing the idea followed by the finished product on such a short timescale, its like the antithesis of Rick Draper.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming... "f*ck, what a trip!"

pmsl at c.a.d and great work on the plenum i need one in my life please! I can wait to see what else you are working on, its so nice to see some one just having a go and getting such good results!

I can feel another PM coming on

PS what throttle body did you use on the old manifold? Is the standard xe/let one best to use?

The manifold on the Corsa uses a 75mmm Mustang throttle body. I dont see that there is a problem with the standard one so im going to try and use the stock parts so anyone could use it You know where I am

    Cheers mate

Its one of those things where I know that if I did another it would be way better.... First time I have used the foot pedal with my TIG too and I liked it alot its just getting used to the heat and filler and getting some consistency with the beads

You'll be quitting your day job soon and starting up your own business, taking on too many orders, not being able to fill them on time cos your suppliers let you down, no time to answer the phone and then you'll be back in the building game again! lmao

Serously tho, good work as always dude. Building using existing clobber is a good idea

I understood that when you broke the nova, gave up on the first corsa and sold that, but I dont understand why you keep buying shells and bits and then giving up!

I enjoyed my time and i am sure gav enjoys his and i wish dickheads would stop throwing **** back at me with ****ty comments. Infact i am sure Gav more than enjoys it and gets a lot of satisfaction out of doing it.

I am just sick of narrow minded idiots on here (gaz is one of the biggest ones) who have never met me going on and on about my projects and how i never finished them/gave up when the going got tough etc etc. I dont now what Gaz's issue is with me but i wish admin would have a word with him. For someone who is meant to be a for sale thread mod and to see what he has written on other forums about my for sale threads then linked back to them is a disgrace.

Anyhow sorry to spam Gav, looking good though.
