Hi Gav, i must say hats off to you sir, you have made a great job of those manifolds and the whole corsa build to be fair - i'm looking forward to the next update (i've been ill this wkend so took the time to read the whole thread and its an inspiration). I can't believe i haven't read it all before now actually.
Also you may have a pm coming your way as i think i might be needing your assistance in the near future (when you have a spare moment lol)

Re: Workers workshop (nova/corsa turbo in progress)

Both engines sound interesting as was the thread whilst reading through (i did skim over some of the mid build slagging matches though )

Have you got any 1600xe flanges available or are they to order?

I meant its T3/T4 flange on the manifold allowing you to use T3 and T4 frame turbo! I cant remember what the turbo is...works well though

lmao most kids have a pile of baby pictures where they're nekkid in the bath or smothered in puree'd food at the high-chair with a big cheesy grin, Gav's nipper is togged with turbos for size comparison lmao gonna make an interesting baby album!

Re: Workers workshop (nova/corsa turbo in progress)

Had a good week in the end but a ****e part in the middle!
Deek came over to do a cambelt and water pump on the Vectra for me in exchange for some manifold parts for his van etc that all went fine until we tried to investigate the cause of the cabin diesel smell Thinking it was the mani gasket it was soon off and we were left with this!!! DOH

    Soot is an understatement!

Lucky for me Deek had a spare housing so we swapped all the guts out of my turbo into a new housing and he re-fitted All fixed happy days

I did abit on Sams manifold whilst I couldnt help with the Vectra...

    And it fitted SWEET lmao

Now my new torque wrench is here iv got an engine to build
