Intercooler doesn't look big enough to me and although solid the pipework looks a little thin too.

I got the idea from Lee'sturbo lmao small cooler and pipework will increase air speed and make more power

Abit more done today, made a right mess of the workshop this week so had to clear uplmao

looms all in and main live has been moved to behind the drivers seat....it was long enough which is a bonus. Got some of the water plumbing done and all the interwarmer pipes mocked up just need to get them tigged up.

boost response will be effected with larger pipe but certainly not output.
my cooler was sufficient to cool the charge properly, that was proven/tested blah blah
but having a huge cooler isn't bad as long pressure drop across it is minimal again boost response will alter with IC size.
