What's the idea/benefit behind putting etch primer down first?
Etch is used to protect bare metal and its an addeashion(sp?) promotor, so its makes everything stick to the bare metal.

its supposed to chemically bond to the metal, just like plastic primer does for plastic.
both need normal primer over the top
Etch will cover most things and stick like ****. Its nice and thick too which hides the burnt bits better lmao
