Yeah, it's from Flame.

The other guy that makes them wasn't fantastically helpful, Flame came across like a top guy and it arrived the day after I paid for it.

Sound advice.

One of them you wouldn't be able to get to with a nut, but three of the holes are very easily accessible. The flange has distorted anyway, it's nowhere near flat.

I'd rather have a flat face and three good studs in there than have a flange that's ropier than Jenna Jameson's.

Been pic whoring with my new phone, so excuse the lame angles and pointless use of macro.

The most I've ever spent on tyres in one go. I'm such a cheapskate.

I didn't, but it looks like it's the easiest way to do it.

Oh my god, how much do transducers go for?!

I stuck a tenner on one on ebay, and it's up to £25 with four days left! Maybe a digidash wasn't the best idea.

Ooooh, Mr. Postman has just been! Made some hilarious joke about maybe the box being full of gold bars. I knew what was in this box though! More valuable to me than a box of gold bars.

Flywheeeeeeeeel!

Re: Project Deathtrap: Jack's 1.2 Corsa

Drilled the TB. No time for disco hands, this is serious business. Steady now!

Flange all helicoiled and beautiful.

Some studs that we made from some ****ty old counter-sunk screws.

Dad making a gasket from gasket paper.

Studs in and threadlocked. Looks like we'll only be able to use three, but the gasket paper is pretty thick, it should seal alright.

Le gasket (that's french).

****ing pissing **** manifold isn't flat on the ****ing bottom, so it doesn't ****ing seal.

Even after tightening up, there's still a ****ing massive gap.

Not happy at all!

The manifold on the engine. We might get away with doubling-up the gasket. Not happy though! Had nothing but trouble with this ****ing manifold.

Sadly have seen a few things like the box and the ecotech air pipe things that are as flat as the moon.
