| Re: Old skool 1.2 runabout > 2.0 8v Hi allan, no nothing really changed besides the tank and steering wheel. Basically theres not much else I won't to do with it now, except drive it.
If I stumble across a large sum of money then a full engine rebuild with alot more power would be cool. Also on the lookout for for a front pair or brown/yellow check sr seats but there not a big priority.

| Re: Old skool 1.2 runabout > 2.0 8v **Update time** got my mountenay wheel fitted now, makes a huge diffrence over the granny style 2 spoke that was there before.
Also managed to get a new grille badge as the old one was all scratched up
Old one
And the new one kindly donated from andy as his nova is de-badged
And managed to get hold of a pair of early sr front seats, all good as i've still got the rear bench from my a-reg project.
Really chuffed at there condition considering they've came from a 1984 car.
Little wear on the drivers bolster |

Thats all for now, shame as its off the road for now, but gives me a chance to get those little niggly problems sorted.
Thanks for looking. |

| Re: Old skool 1.2 runabout > 2.0 8v Been meaning to update this, got my 4 branch fitted by my local garage and as it turns out it didnt fit, about 6 inches too short so must have been for a mk2 cav. Anyways a few welds later..
Then heat wrapped it
Pulls mich nicer now and the exhaust tone is much deeper.

| Re: Old skool 1.2 runabout > 2.0 8v After looking through the retro rides website the other day I found a company called isle of wight graphics (that do graphics funnily enough) so I sent them an email with the dimensions and got two of these for £5 delivered
Really happy with the quality of them and at a very good price, I highly recommend them to anyone whos after some graphics made up. |

| Re: Old skool 1.2 runabout > 2.0 8v Cheers, thinking of doing them gloss black, also needs lowering as the courtenay springs are only a 25mm drop. But then it means getting custom springs. |
