c20let? then it can only be a few things. as said, fuel pump relay or crank sensor are main culprits. do you have an ecu light wired in? is it on at all?

the out from the rail (return) is the pipe at the pressure regulator end left side

ok so does the ecu light go out after a few seconds of engine cranking?

if it stays on read off the codes.

does it get a spark at the plugs?

Re: my corsa-c c20let conversion

fuel pump should run when you crank the engine over. check the plugs and see if they are dry.

you say you get fuel to the feed line when you 12v direct feed the pump? are you positive the fuel lines are on the rail the correct way? inlet pipe to right hand side of the rail. did you try and start the engine with a direct feed to the pump?

if you are getting a spark i'd say the crank sensor was fine. next step up the chain would be fuel pump relay as long as you know the wire going from the relay to the pump is fine.

try a direct feed to the pump by bridging the thick red to the thick red/blue on the bottom of the fuel pump relay base. if the pump runs, try and start the engine and see if it starts.

if it starts then i'd say it was your fuel pump relay that was the culprit. if it still doesnt start keep the feed to the pump and press the shraeder valve on the fuel rail and see if fuel squirts out - just jab it quick or it'll cover you and the enigne bay in fuel. if it squirts out then you are getting rail pressure. if the plugs are dry and you are getting rail pressure then its the injectors thats not opening - that can either be an earth issue or a live feed issue(live feed comes from fuel pump relay)

i'd also get the fualt codes read off the ecu and see what they say incase its somethin else but TBH i cant see it - the ecu can pretty much compensate for every sensor being ****ed.

Re: my corsa-c c20let conversion

you can read the codes using the ecu light. on the LET loom there will be a smallgreen square shaped plug near the ecu. find the brown/yellow wire in that plug and earth it. then turn on the ignition and the ecu light will flash the codes off.

see here for instructions on reading the flashes

http://www.topbuzz.co.uk/info/fault_...ault_codes.htm

its a good article that. have a read through it then see if you can read the codes off.

if you still dont get it, record the sequence on your phone as a video and post it and i'll do it
