looks good mate, sand blaster certainly a usefull bit of kit you have, saved a hell of alot of sanding down, looks like youve got a solid shell there! very good work

Thank god its finally gone for paint aweekend of winner!!!!

right bit of a update had a bit of bad news the car will not be at pvs as its going to be in the paint shop for about 3 weeks but anyway on we go been hard at work the last few weekends replacing arches and getting it ready for the paint shop now its there its given me a chance to sort out a few other things loads more sandblasting and painting

also tried to sort out one of my seats onto a astra frame needs lifting up a bit at the back it saves me £90 per seat for a fitting kit



well thats all iv got for now will try and get down to the paint shop on friday and take a few pics but i go on holiday on sat so dont know if ill get the chance

im planning to do this to my gsi,what propshaft u gonna use [custom?],how do know where to position the rear floor pan etc

gona use the same prop but having it machined down by a propshaft place near us.
before we did any cutting on the Astra we cut all the calibra away and found it was exactly the same width as the Astra hard to explain

mite come down and have a look one day before i get in too deep if thats cool with u,im in the body repair trade so ive got a rough idea how much work is involved

You are hard core mate i had luxury of a nice workshop when i built mine i see the back turrets are in but remember the floor pan should sit around 1" to 1.5" higher into the boot or you wont get the right angles on the shafts my first trial fit going on sill to sill mesurements caused the back end to sit way too high ill try find some of my pics to show you
