Question C20xe project what can you advice or inform?

Hi guys my best friend and i now working on a 1994 Opel astra gsi
at first stage we put on 12.5 cr wössner pistons,port polished cyl head,emanage ultimate,lexmaul ram induction mounted and extras but nothing done on the cams and valve system then one of the retainers broken and then the valve dropped in cylinder then cyl head and one of the pistons fully broken

Now we are going to a newer NA setup and this time we'll try to be more professional especially on the head work our setup includes this list
-12.5 C/R 87x86 3 ring wössner forged pistons
-Wössner forged H beam rods and ARP bolts
-Cometic 1.6mm headgasket
-285degree 11.3 valve lift solid profile Autosprint cams
-adjustable cam gears
-steel valve retainers
-dual valve springs
-mechanichal valve lifters
- + 1 mm bigger three angle both exh and intake valves and valve instruments kit
- lexmaul intake manifold
-lexmaul 4-2-1 headers
-ngk bkr7eix spark plugs
-greddy emanage ultimate
-z20let oil pump
-port and polished nice worked coscast cyl head
-c20let injectors
-walbro 325 fuel pump
-Plx r300 wideband+datalogger
-emanage ultimate target lambda harness with wideband and map sensor harness with gm 3 bar map sensor
-custom cold air intake
-custom exhaust 62 mm with only one silencer type muffler
-big bore polished custom throttle body (near 2 mm bigger than stock)
-early type xe crankshaft (15 kgs kadett gsi type)
-lightened flywheel ( -3.5 kg)
-Custom stage clutch and stronger pressure plate
-f20 4wd 3.72 transmission only FWD used
-a bit of weight reduction
-low temp thermostat
-steel water pump
-silicon water and intake hoses
-cable isolations and high capacity battery
-arp head and crankshaft bolts

we are a bit thoughtful about again having any problem about breaking the weak part do you can tell us which problems may occur on this setup and also what can we add to list the basic tought of us is about using a taper throttle system and 316 deg camshafts after we use this setup properly without problem. Do you think the valve and piston will touch at high rpm's? What will be the rpm capacity and the power band?

This is the first time we work hard on a NA engine before that we always worked on turbo's like c20let volvo subaru and asian imports and this is new to us

What will that setup push out? Does 250-270 hp's are possible or not ? I am really in need of your advices. Do you think it will be a challenge to its category?
