| My Corsa Bought this a few weeks ago for the pricey sum of £200, still got a bit of MOT, no tax, has been standing for nearly a year due to a head gasket failure. Since the last owner was female it never got looked after, mental note don't let women near cars, so the paint is badly oxidized and a bit worse for wear. Check out my pink-ness!!
Only bit of damage
How pink? pink!!
Got a load of cleaning stuff through the post today
So decided to nip out and give the polishing mop a quick go
then it started to rain
so plans, don't know as of yet, got 3 options wizzing round in my head:
option 1: standard
keep it clean
option 2: track slag
XE
strip it
coilovers
option 3: Euro
clean
coilovers
15x8's with stretched rubber
Opinions and comments welcome

| More polishing! Can't recommend chemical guys scratch and swirl buff polish enough!
Before:
As you can see, it's dull with little or no shine
After:
Got brilliant reflection already!
comments welcome
Little bit of a difference, I'm happy with the results! |

| looking good!
if it were mine it would get an xe, f20, sri interior and spec, some 15x6 steels, 284s and a 5 stud conversion and a 30mm drop for sleepertastic commuting duties

| I do like that plan, putting 256mm brakes on it with 14" steelies any way, then a XE wouldn't hurt, proper sleeper. |

| Mop cost me £40, then all the products in the first post cost me £53, might sound a bit but that'll last me the rest of the year easy and do the three cars in the house. |

| Re: My Corsa Small update. Not done much really but had today off so I thought I best crack on with it, so went and picked up a GSi interior today, chucked that in the shed until I can be arsed to fit it, then started cleaning again, cleaned all the muck out from under the wheel arches and it's not come up too bad. Then decided to break out the polishing mop again, 3 hours later I decided to throw in the towel and gave up for the day, But I did manage to chuck my old 17's on looks funny, and you no longer have to get down into it, its proper 4x4 style anyway some pics
I'm gonna go to wickes tomorrow and pick up a hot air gun and attack the arches, also should be picking up some -60mm springs sunday. |
