Nova Van

well some of you may have seen this in the nova site
I have had it since the summer and have done lots of work on it. At the moment I am having the engine bay seam welded and building the engine up. I think people like pics more than word so here we go. Please leave your comments

i work for a vauxhall dealer in the north east, and this van used to belong to garage which used it for running around in, i must admit it looks a thousand times better now than it did when it belonged to the garage, keep up the good work

Should have stitch welded it really, not seam welded it.

the van was used as a general runaround and the odd time it was given out as a courtesy vehicle to people that needed a van

No, but i've seen one bump into someone at low speed and its bent the roof as the bay was too rigid to take the impact.

Really? Never thought of that...

But then caged up ones would surely do that too no?

No as the engine bay is before the cage so would absorb most of the impact and crumple if stitch welded rather than seam welded (depending on how hard you crashed obviously)
