    also would you happen to have the dimensions of your intercooler?

    My intercooler is the small universal intercooler one go on there website it shows dimensions as well,its a good fit you would properly get a medium size one in there i did use 1.8 rad pack tho and relived it of its air con,hope that helps

    yeah am ditchin the aircon aswell, just using one of they brackets from the vx220. what website did you get the intercooler from?

    just for anyones info about the vx220 aircon replacement roller setup - its the guts of 200 sheets from vauxhall .

    cheers Benn,i'm still getting other bits for it at the mo,dump valve,veccy intake pipe,and suspension,i think i'm going to get the front end resprayed aswell cus it's got loads of stone chips.

    does anyone know how safe doing this is? iv read in places that you have to remove a cross member, and in one case two young lads crashed head on and the engine ended up in the winscreen! ( seen photos!!) dont know wether this is ****ty mechanics or it just shouldnt be done?
