| fullt tuned c20let astra van in malta hi to all i m building my c20let for big hp here in malta.i owned this van for 2 years now it used to be diesel but a yesr ago decided to bring a c20let from englan.it had a hybris t34 turbo and phase 3 chips and was running 389 bhp and made 12.7 in 1/4 mile.now im looking for 10seconds and these are the mods i m making
fully rebuild block
steel rods,wiseco 86.5 pistons,polished and balanced crank,lightweight pulley and flywheel,arpmain studs,uprated oil pump and under piston oil jets,uprated timing rollers from sbd,ported and polished head,head studs,xe cams with vernier pulleys,big valves,double valve springs,solid lifters,tubular manifold,gt35 turbo good for 650bhp,megasquirt ecu,big intercooler,custom made radiator,uprated oil cooler,1000cc injectors,2 bosch A1 fuel pumps,intakeplenium not done yet,quaife lsd,quickshift,heleix paddle clutch,and all the bits and bobds needed for 600bhp

| thanks to you all.lloking foward to see you here john,i m waiting for my cylinder head for my triangle seatings job and get it shimmed and it will be in the van,i think till march the van will be out again with running in hope so.then the next quarter mile street event is in 29 august hope it will be ready and mapped even so we`ll see what time is gonna be this time  |

| I like that, looks nice with the mk4 bonnet, I'm interested in this, nice and different (the bonnet i mean). Good luck with the 600Bhp, Should be interesting  Will be keeping an eye on this thread. Good work!! |

| hi mates some other stuff came for the van and the head is ready too and torqued in place.the turbo arrived a gt35 with polished housing and tubular manifold too, i got the aluminium idler sleeves too and hope i will time it this weekend.i m gonna make a custom inlet plenium too with 70mm trottle body too.i will post pics to you all soon. |
