It's Massive!!

...might be easier to arrange to get the iE trailered there than rushing to finish it.

When are you moving out of Braintree?

Looking at them pictures mate you might want to get that racking sorted first, look a bit non-h&s. We had a unit shut down next to me due to unsafe racking on a mez floor, shut it untill the owner made it safe and passed. Also if your getting charge Business rates on the unit drop me a pm and i will give you some info on saving you some major cash mate as i had to sort mine out.

Still have to pay rates on the unit mate, business or not...bit of a bind but there are ways around it.

Yeah IIRC my boss said something about having to pay business rates on business units either used or empty from April 2008.

Surely changing a sticker is not too much hassle. just cut off the Rizz.

No as theyre included and no need to be adjusted as its purely for hobby. Had it all with my last unit

Cool...but are you getting 50% of the rates and then a review to see if you can get extra amounts off...it can be the difference of paying £1600 a year down to £300 a year, i know you said its in with the rent but you may find your still paying over the odds.

Now painted the floor. Sweeping it before hand was the killer. The painting was a breeze!
