Couldnt get the boss off the nova. So cut the colomn
Andy put his TTV underdrive pulley on:
I stripped the back end bits off the Nova:
Andys Champion Leather arrived:
I got the clocks out the Nova:
Started on the engine:
Then got it up in the air:
Andy decide to LET his GSi:
Got the Tank out
Then the rear axle:
Think the shells had it :
Back on its new wheels :
Then moved onto the front:
Andy started his footwell wiring:
Got the bonnet off:
Then made life easier by removing the slam panel:
Then got the rad out:
The the exhaust off:
Then all disconnected ready to remove monday

When Dan was around the corner it was fine to put on some dirty clothes and come prepared, but its a long old drive now and if I want to go anywhere else afterwards its horrible being in filthy clothes. |

| Right well here we go. The weather was awful tonight and i could hardly hear myself think in the workshop with the wind and rain lashing down, but i whacked up the surround sound with some classic hardcore rave on and cracked on.
So.....
Started with lifting the bonnet :
Battery Bonnet, and airbox off:
Rad, radfan and loom off:
Bloody secondary airpump held me up bloody bolts seized on:
With that off i could get the lights grille and bumper off:
Bumpers for sale if you know anyone
Then all the aircon rad and fan out:
Thought id best put some card down as it was leaking everywhere:
Then got it up in the air and took the wheels and brakes off:
Then legs and shafts off:
Andy turned up and started dismantling his:
And then made a brew:
Got the crane in place:
I got stuck in with the engine mounts:
Andy took control of my tool :
And its out: |
