you can fit the LET into your 8v with all the extras. but doing a 4x4 conversion to a none 4x4 cally is just stoopid. either ditch the 4x4 idea or juts buy another cally 4x4.

LET goes in your 8vs engine bay though, so good luck with it

All calibra's use the same basic shell. The only difference the turbo has is the bump in the passanger side floor that leads into the bulkhead. As far as I know thats the only bit that needs cut out and replaced. The rear suspension will fit OK. You need the turbo exhaust to get round the prop etc. There is a thread on here about a fella that added the 4x4 setup to 2 wd cally. Here it is http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/car-t...k-warning.html

Cheers.

the hole idea of car moding is to do something new i was lead to belive and if it is turnin a 2 wheel drive car to 4wheel drive so be it. i know there is not much fun in front wheel drive cause ive been drivin them 17 years and have drivin 4 wheel drive to rear wheel drive to just two wheels i personly dont think that any mod that improves a cars handling or speed is not stoopid.. buyin a 4x4 is not out of the question but its like lookin for hens teeth in dublin it took me 3 years to get the engine sorry car that was crashed and the engine is not complete ive just got a evo 6 intercooler up rated fuel pump + fuel regulator and just waitin for a set of saab red injecters or would u know is there any better ones. so i will keep going with it cause i do want a 4x4 many thanks tho and i hope i dont need luck just lots of patience and long nights

Making calibra 4x4 is not that hard , i think its not harder , than making mk3 cav gsi into 4x4 (one with the IRS). Just take it all apart and start fitting 4x4 parts , you cant get it wrong.
