Sorry just noticed it bottom let,where the plastic sensor is....make adaptor like a (L) with 2 female and a male to bolt where the sensor used to be...

Then put the ....
Sensor in 1 side of the new adapter and the oil feed line from the other side of the adapter?? |

| Re: 1.6 TURBO Conversion more progress and recently i have just baught a dbhlas inlet manifold, as it is second hand it hasnt come with any sort of diagram or instructions of how everything goes together.
I have had a little bit of a mess about with it and you have to move a lot of things around.
Has anyone got any diagrams or some guidnce of how this thing goes together lol???

| Re: 1.6 TURBO Conversion I have put around £1500 in to mine now, maybe another £1000 to go if i go standalone ECU. Not the cheapest of ways to get 200 bhp, but deffinatly diferent and you learn alot more from doing it like this, rather than just putting in a c20let, where you dont learn a right lot |
