| the hardcore mincing will commence tomorrow as im going to my local vaux dealer in lanark to order the bumper, the harnesses are coming out tomorrow, also gonna try and order up a brand new bonnet for the louvres to be stamped in to as i aint a fan of the montery scoop thats on mine, and on the lookout for gsi interior,
thought i had the right colour for the car, opel/vauxhall antigua blue, its bloody miles out, the closest match i can get is ford bright island blue metalic, dont know how it will look on larger panels like the bumper and bonnet though i.e big shade difference |

| yeah, ive got panel wipe in the garage, will this help clean the inner arches up a bit, ive also sealed up the small drill holes in the boot floor (only an 8th part drill bit), cleaned around the surface with panel wipe and then whacked on a load of sica-flex, gonna wait till its dry and go over it with some hamerite and then waxoil |

| just brush it off,
you want it as bone dry as poss, so no water or anything gets traped,
so brush the dirt off, then paint over... |
