maybe if there was a full engine set up for bout 25quid for sale then i would, as thats all the buget on the van is! cant see that too likely!

sorted all the problem, was a jurked alternator, not sure why, but changed it for another one i had lying around and replaces the frazzled wires and all the problems have stopped! runs sweet

took it into work today and gave it a wash! gave the engine bay a good steam clean too, came up sparklein!

sorted the non exsistant sill today too,

got the hammer out to it and this happened

half the dog leg fell out too, woops!

so welded the sill on, and had to put a little plate for the quater, as the sill had nothing to weld to that end lol

nice bit of sealer and stonechip

and its all cool for the mot, nova gsi skirt stylee! ha ha

still got to fit the rear shock and adjust the handbrake then its ready!

stuck the rear shock on tonight!

    notice anything missing??

new one all in and much better!

stone chpped the sides below the bodyline to hide some of the damage on the passenger side!

gell'd up all the bumpers and plastics to match the black

    looks much better

not as much of a wreck now, and all ready for the mot!

forgot to update, well it failed the mot on a few minor things, had to weld a little plate on the other side, rear brake binding, felexy in exhaust blowing, wipers shot, and horn not workin, so i cracked on with these, a little bit more welding, the brake binding was the hang brake cable snagging and not releasing properly, so new cable, got the wipers from work and the rest was all cool, got a new little lift at work which made it a bit easier as both the ramps were occupied

    mobi-lift lol

all done now so thought while i was there i'd give it a machine polish, dunno why tho, just bored i guess, i dont rekon it had either been polished in its life, the paint was so dry it came on in ur hand like chalk,

but 3 hours later and it turned from cream to bein white again, and it actually got a reflection now as well ha ha

    roof done, side not

and the rest of the car done

quick pressure wash off and lovely

and debadged the rear aswel while i was there

gonna be honest the paint was pretty dead and thin, so have burnt through everywheere, but dont care cuz at least its nice and shiny now lol

Looks dangerous but actually very safe. You don't know how much it was do you Ronnie, something like that would be brilliant for my barn.

yea is only on one wheel, but is very stirdy, tho i wouldnt advise opening the doors lol, they do say use axle stands with it, hence the monster stands in some of the other pics, if you pick it up on the front wheels it always tilts rite up sideways, thats how i welded the sill on. very easy, just wheel it up to the wheel and press up! also has a interchangeable arm so can lift up on the sills. not sure how much but think it was quite a bit! i'll find out tomorrow!
