nova sri project

well a few have seen progress of mine but some havnt so i thought id post a few up here
bought it of my girlfriend jan this year as a standard car with every mot from new but no history.

here is how the car was when i 1st purchased it

then i did away with the corsa wheels as i hated them then the car was looking in a sorry state. did away with the mesh grille too

started looking at taking the interior out so i bought blue nova antibes carpet and fitted that

gmax 60mm shocks and springs and a set of cav gsi rims were next n the car

i hated the too mch blue look so i bought a gsi front bumper and a rear bumper and had them painted grey

concentrated on the inside again and bought a full nova gsi interior with no bolster wear inc parcel shelf and shelf supports for 70quid in that went

went on a rolling road day with jov thought id see what the standard engine would pull and it came out worse than standard 65bhp

after the poor result at the rolling road day i went out and bought a full new system inc manifold also fitted the jazz back wiper

back on another rolling rd this time with mig with my car having ashley full system inc manifold and a courtney sport panel filter i was hoping for better results and it did on awesome gti rollers it came of at 93bhp

then i got a set of speedlines

due to it being a gsi replica i thought i want some sri badges made the gsi style went to the signwriters and got these

sideskirts took forever to get painted but eventually did and got the whole lot done again

Love it. very original yet 'same old same old' at the same time, which is no bad thing.

Great colour breeze blue.

Keep us posted & be sure to show off the new mirrors.
