Get that Envoy crap out!

Lovely jubbly! Rears are half done, turned into a bit of a faff but getting fish & chips was more important. Then it went dark.

Can't fit the GSI rears as the mounting brackets are different. Booo!

Cos the black matches my bumpers and I can't be arsed.

I have to have the red specially made, whereas I can buy Hammerite off the shelves.

Re: Jack's diesel Cavalier

if ou take the material off the back off them seats you should be able to undo the brackets and swap em. did it to mine last week. unless it the middle bracket next to the armrest. dont think u can swap that one

The middle one lined up OK IIRC. I might take my seats out again and do some messing about.

I swapped over the GSI bench material and put it over my existing foams and bases, which was a **** as I have split rear seats now with a single piece of fabric. I'd quite like it all to match though.

Re: Jack's diesel Cavalier

Just been to measure up my anti-roll bars for some new bushes. I've got a knocking noise that no-one else can hear.

Looks like I've got a 17mm rear and a 20mm front. Do the front bars from any of the faster cars fit without a problem? Am I right in thinking you could also get a 22mm and a 24mm bar? Worth doing, or am I just making work for myself?

Sorry but it just looks like youve had new/welded sills.

Paint them, looks so much better.

Re: Jack's diesel Cavalier

Can't find anyone anywhere that sells the bushes on the very end of the bar. All I can find is the lame D-shaped ones in the middle of the bar.

Loads of information about matey, it's a re-badged Isuzu engine sold by Mercruiser for use in small boats.

Re: Jack's diesel Cavalier

Time for the old Mintex stuff to slip on.

Gave the wheels a little wash too as they were completely black on the insides.

Fitted my random VX centre caps that I bought from Billing. Anyone have any idea what they are from? They fit perfectly!

Got some battery cables made up for the Corsa and found a funky cut-off switch.
