I went through on Thursday and Friday in the Mondeo. Thursday I had water going over the bonnet and up the side windows. The joys of a company car

| looking good mate. I love them Isuzu engines. Ive fitted the same 1.7 td engine to my corsa and it goes like a rocket. If your car still has the cat fitted, get rid of it!
On my corsa I fitted a bleed valve and turned the boost up to 20psi, done the white ring mod on the fuel pump, adjusted the max fuel screw up, decat, KnN airfliter, cavalier intercooler.
It pulls like a train. I now know why the corsa turbo boys are addicted to there cars if my dirty derv is anything to go by!!!

| Got the day off today so I've been faffing around outside. I've got a few lights not working so I sorted them out.
The first job was the sidelight. The bulb holder was smashed, and the light would come on intermittently. A quick root around in my garage unearthed another headlight with a bulb holder.
Great success!
The next job was near-side fog light. When I un-screwed the bottom, I got a face full of ditch water! I think it had been there since the swimming, as it hadn't worked since.
The bulb had blown, so I replaced it, and gave the connectors a squirt of WD40 to try and repel the water. £4.99 for a bulb! That's 60 miles worth of fuel.
Sorted. Two months until the MOT and it's looking good.
Saw this at the motor factors. Mother Teresa could get into this and look badass!

| Spent the morning on the car today.
For those that don't know (I kept it pretty quiet ), I had a little spill in the car which left the front panel a bit mangled up.
It looked like this immediately afterwards.
A quick trip up the road (in the middle of the night ) sourced some new headlights, indicators and grille. Also picked up a starter motor, because knowing my luck that will be the next casualty!
New headlights. Road legal, but knowing the front piece was damaged played on my mind.
This morning we cracked on with fitting the new front panel that we cut off a scrap car, and I've spent the week painting.
We had a little job to do first on a tractor, and while we were doing that, I spotted quite a large car under a sheet.
It was massive! What could it be?
Two massive exhausts!
A little peep of a rear light.
After we'd done that, we got to work on my car. Luckily, tractors come with convenient Vauxhall parts storage solutions.
Headlights, indicators and grille removed.
Choosing the right size drill bit for the rivets and washers we'd managed to find.
A quick rub revealed where the welds were.
Gone but not forgotten!
All welds taken care of, and front panel removed.
AAAAAAAAAAAAH! Call an ambulance!
New piece on.
Mmmmmmmmm, hello!
New shocks on the back as well. Very nice! Just need to lift the bumper up now and it's all sorted. Which, incidentally, I'm still struggling to find the bloody bolts for.
Where the crap is it?

| to find them bolts, the passenger side one is accessed from underneath, facing outwards towards the bumper (other side of that chassis member in your picture) and the drives side one is located under the headlight lol |

Chuck-"No. Not really I mean. Well I wish I had taken more chances and if I had known or been aware, I could die. I'm not immortal or immune to disease I will die and who is to say that I won't walk outside and fall through a manhole or that a comet won't fall out of the sky and kill us all? I mean how do you know?"
Psychologist-"You don't. But you shouldn't worry your mind on things like that. All that matters is now. And now you are here and can change whatever you want in an instant."
Chuck-"Well I mean I'm not worried. I'm just aware, now, that I will die. And that if I don't change my life I could regret it. And I don't want to die with regret."
Psychologist-"Well regret is a natural thing and we all have it. It is not something you should fear as much as you should learn to cope with-"
Chuck-"No. No your wrong. I think regret is something to be ashamed of. I mean I had the chance to ask my first true love out on a date or even confess my love but I didn't-"
Psychologist-"And who was your-"
Chuck-"I could've lived with my father if I would've told the judge what a bitch my mom really was-"
Psychologist-"That's important, what happened between you and your m-"
Chuck-"Instead of not worrying about regret, I should avoid it. Avoid it like I would avoid death itself. Because if I don't live life then what else is there to do but die?"
Psychologist-"I'm terribly sorry our time has lapsed but I would like to continue this conversation in our next visit. How is Tues-"
Chuck-"I'm sorry doctor I won't be coming to anymore of....these."
Psychologist-"I really don't think that is a good decision. I still think there is a lot we can do-"
Chuck-"Thank you doctor for all your help and may God help you to live every moment like it truely is your last one."
Psychologist-"But chuck? You're not ready! Chuck!"
Chuck doesn't acknowledge him and walks out of the building. As Chuck is walking to his car he pulls out a piece of paper. It is the fortune cookie he had earlier prior to his appointment with the shrink. It reads: "Today is a beautiful day in your life. Today you will see things in a whole new light." When Chuck looks up he realizes he has jay walked and before he can think about it is hit by a semi and killed instantly. |

| I would say my old mucker a less restrictive exhaust and a De-cat job would go along way and more boost!!!!
However, I should imagine half of your cat is now spread across the M6 north just past Knutsford.

| Re: Jack's diesel Cavalier Spent the evening doing some little jobs that really should have been done before going to Billing!
The car got a bit dusty at Billing so I treated it to a little wash.
While it was drying I pulled the number plates off...
...as my sexy new ones arrived on saturday morning.
Drilled.
Cleaned underneath. Somehow... flies had got behind the number plate.
Nice!
And waxed. |
