| calibra turbo hi guys here is my 1994 calibra turbo
it started life as a standard 2.0l 16v redtop c20xe lump i had her for 1half years before the modifying bug got me....
i worked at a company called leeds commercials so as you can see being a mechanic helps alot first to do was the wheels swapped for 17" rs khans then suspention was next with a full set of bilstiens shocks and springs then full powerflow exhaust twin tailpipes, next was magnex de-cat pipe and airfilter uprated ngk sparkplugs and leads, engine superchipped and remapped and finally window tints..
i thought i would finish there but 3 of my work mates started to buy turbo's in the likes of a vw corrado g60 2ltr supercharged
subaru impreza wrz
and an imported nissan pulsar sunny gtir
at this point i was really pissed off no longer have a quick n/a car and all those dump valves going off in my head i decided i wanted more power so lucky for me my uncle just had his cav turbo written off by rear damage crash so i bought the engine and gearbox dropped it in over the wk-end and had it in ever since
but then stated to have probs it blew up 2 6sp f28 g'boxes so now running f20
head gasket blew and now replaced with triple layer regal metal 1
mods to date
full engine rebuild
k&n cone filter
eds phase 2 software
head ported and polished
new valves all 16
6.2 frontera intercooler
reiger front bumper
full powerflow 3" exhaust system with 5" tailpipe
no cat
limited slip diff
to come
eds phase 4 software
uprated turbo and tublar malifold
modifyed f28 box
charge cooler and water spray
VXR injectors |

| Handle like boats? They are the same as any other Vauxhall of that era really, they are average from the factory and really good when sorted. That includes Corsas. |

| does sound interesting
very very surprised you broke 2 f28's so then went to a f20
f20 is a much weaker box and you will have more problems with that than a f28. |
