Smile recommendations for Block and Head Mods

hi guys and girls how we all doing?

i need of recommendations for some block and head mods to be carried out on C20LET.

just wanted to get some feed back from you guys like who you used, did you get what you asked for were there any problems, rough price guide etc just so i get a rough idea of whos good and whos not.
im based in west london so anywhere local would be ideal but if not further a field would be fine i dont mind.

work to be carried out usual stuff,

port polish head
large valves fit inlet and exhaust
XE cam fitted to inlet
few other bits

block bored to 86.5 for low comp pistons
balance the crank
oil nozzels fitted
etc

you get where im heading, if you can help out then it would help.

anyone used www.autosprint.co.uk

thanks for your help

JOE

been looking at going around the 350bhp + mark i've already got a few bits for it like injectors msd 550cc,wossnor 86.5 low comp pistons, steel conrods, larger valves have been ordered,z20let oil pump, still got lots to get.
been talking to v-tuning for a few ideals. i got hold of a spare c20let gearbox etc and have sprit it down to the bare block. v-tuining put a c20let in the astra i have at the min.
