Went to York Dragway yesterday. Managed to get a 13.78, so slightly slower than last time but I wasted the majority of my runs with huge fuelling issues. I found the problem out - the spade connector on my 'directly wired' fuel pump had fallen off pretty much so the fuel pump had about 5volts

I'm surprised the car was performing as bad as it did.

Loving being able to do burnouts, LOL. It's taken me 8years to get it but now I can, wahey

Oh, had 0-60s timed aswell and I got 5.5. Very chuffed with that

Judging by the reems of rubber that I pulled off my mudflap, both tyres were spinning. You should ignore what the blind-ass commentator is, and concentrate on the video. If you can't see both wheels generating smoke then you clearly shouldn't be on the road.

Haven't posted for a while, shocking

So, went to JMA Autmotive in Oldham today to have the car corner weighted. I was massively nervous about what my current setup was like on the scales as it was all done by counting threads, cutting bits out and luck

Car on the ramps

So, results with no driver:

NSF - 279
OSF - 296
NSR - 140
OSR - 142
Total Weight: 856kg

So pretty damn close

Well impressed

After some adjustments, and with ME in the driver seat, and half a tank of fuel they ended up at:
NSF - 279
OSF - 336
NSR - 161
OSR - 157
Total Weight: 932kg

This is a shot of the 'scales' summary with the front-back, side-side ratios etc

More than happy with that. It poured down on the weigh home, so I can't really say I've noticed a difference, but it's good to know everything is as good as it can be.

Think he checked castor/camber etc with that?

He used the machine above for the corner weighting anyway

That would have been tracking with them gauges

I used to have them at work for 'emergencies' when laser went down, was gonna nick them, wish I had!

Love your car buddy... its looking/ sounding awsome.. i should have valvered mine....

just one thing, doing a burnout like that on road tyres is surely just gonna cook em, they arent design to work well at those temps.

oh and great result with the corner weighting too..

I know they're not designed for doing burnouts, but I see tyres as consumables, and have had the car for over 12 months and there is still loads of meat on em

None, both are accurate representations of the weight. I have saved weight, I just wasn't sure how much
